Friends of the Riverfront has filed a lawsuit to bring the City of Minneapolis and DeLaSalle High School into compliance with state law requiring alternatives be explored before development projects destroy historic resources.

Thanks to all who attended the River Roots Revue, a Friends of the Riverfront fundraiser at the historic Van Dusen house in Minneapolis May 21, as well as those who helped make this celebration of Nicollet Island great with their time, talent, goods and services. The Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission will hold its first discussion of the DeLaSalle stadium project at its meeting May 9, 5 p.m., in Room 317, City Hall, 350 South Fifth Street, Minneapolis.
